Steven Staples and Robert McBride presented the findings and recommendations of a study recently completed for the City of Toronto relating to the technical and economic feasibility of Toronto hosting a major world's fair for six months during the year 2015. The Feasibility Study can be found at: Steven Staples is the leader of the consulting team which undertook the study, and is a planner with enormous experience and background in relation to world's fairs. Steven was the head of the planning division of Expo 1967 in Montreal and has extensively participated the planning of world's fair bids and pavilions.

Robert McBride is the President of BA Group Transportation Consultants. Robert assessed the transportation challenges which would arise with a world's fair with an anticipated 500,000 fair goers on the design day, and identified the nature of the transportation infrastructure and operational responses which would be required.
