Leslie Woo, General Manager, Policy and Planning at Metrolinx: “The Big Move: A Draft Regional Transportation Plan for the GTHA”. The RTP provides a vision, goals and objectives for the future development of the transportation system in the GTHA. It addresses all forms of transportation – roads, transit, cycling and walking – and provides the framework for related infrastructure investment decisions.
