How The Passenger Charter Transformed GO Transit with Mary Proc, Vice President, Customer Service at GO Transit, a division of Metrolinx.
GO Transitís customer satisfaction grew from 58 per cent to 84 per cent. Mary will discuss how this happened and the lessons learned along the way.
