Toronto Pearson’s is Canada's busiest and fastest growing airport. To accommodate increased demand for ground access, Toronto Pearson has identified a potentially transformational project, the Regional Transit and Passenger Centre, to respond to this challenge and open up new opportunities by generating wider economic benefits for Toronto.

Jesse will discuss the overall vision for the project and share updates on interim steps Toronto Pearson is taking to grow transit mode share and plan for the future hub.

Jesse is a transportation and infrastructure professional whose expertise spans the lifecyle of project planning and development. Jesse specializes in the strategic management of large, high-risk projects and initiatives, particularly those characterized by intergovernmental complexity and stakeholder diversity. Prior to joining Access Planning, he spent more than a decade as public sector staff at transportation authorities in Canada and the United States.
