Each Major Public Infrastructure Project delivered by the Province of Ontario has its own project specifics that inform the selection of the right model for each project. The Union Station Enhancement Project was the first project to be delivered under the Alliance Contracting model by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario.
During this presentation we will examine circumstances that led to the selection of the Alliance Contracting model, the procurement and selection methodology, drivers for collaborative working through the commercial alignment of objectives, and lessons learned.
