While the pandemic severely impacted transit, it also presented new opportunities. MiWay responded and levereged this challenge by fully understanding its customers, their new travel patterns, and what they expect from the transit system to Build Back Better. 

Ji-Yeon will share MiWay’s COVID-19 Ridership Recovery Strategy, which provides a strategic direction of recovery priorities, as well as an operational management strategy to ensure the transit system remains a safe and competitive travel mode for a post-COVID world.
