The City of Toronto was recently ranked as one of the most congested cities in the world!

Roger will discuss the primary causes of congestion in the City today, the successes that have been realized so far through the rollout of the City’s Congestion Management Plan, including mitigating the impacts of the recent Gardiner closure and measured travel time improvements, and he will take a glimpse at a possible future solution to the problem.
