In this presentation, Brian explores how different conditions and decision-making processes have enabled the City to advance its Complete Streets projects, with candid insights into where projects have faced constraints.

Brian brings a well-rounded perspective, having served as Director of Transportation Planning and Parking for seven years before becoming Director of Engineering.
